Inspiring and nurturing the love of music in the Youth of the City of Moreton Bay
Moreton Youth Music Ensembles

Welcome to the Moreton Youth Music Ensembles!
Moreton Youth Music Ensembles (previously Pine Rivers Combined Bands) is an organisation primarily for young musicians of primary and secondary school age and beyond with varying levels of ability. There are currently four ensembles: String Orchestra 1, String Orchestra 2, Fiddle Group, and Chamber Strings.
Our philosophy is to encourage members in the development of their individual music skills through their participation in ensemble activities, workshops and community performances. Whilst developing their musical and team skills, members attain personal enjoyment and fulfillment.
To audition, or for more information, contact the relevant ensemble through the Contact Us page.
Should you wish to join MYME, please apply via the "Application Form" button above. Come along and try out for one of our exciting ensembles to expand your music experience.
